About Chef Alexis: A graduate of both the Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Alexis has over a decade of experience in some of New York’s top restaurants, including Balaboosta (where she served as Executive Chef), Aquavit, Dirt Candy, Annisa, and L’Artusi. Currently, Alexis works as a Lead Chef Instructor at Hudson Table in Hoboken and Brooklyn, where she teaches cooking classes, carries out dinners and events, and participates in their extremely popular chef competitions on a weekly basis.
